WPL career details for Paul Roberts

Not in Welsh Premier
His goal scoring exploits at Porthmadog resulted in a 15,000 move to Wrexham where he gained first team experience and Welsh international honours. Joined Bangor after a brief spell back at Port and scored Bangor's winner in the 2000 Welsh Cup Final and the 2002/3 Uefa Cup win over Sartid Smederevo. A Welsh Under 21 international, he held the appearances record at Bangor before moving to Rhyl at the start of 2007. Made just two starts for the Lillies and was released at the end of May 2007, returning to his first club, Porthmadog, signing for Welshpool Town a year later. After resisting a move back to Porthmadog in the January 2009 transfer window, he did return to The Traeth in the summer. However, a few months later he departed again to join Newtown but, after a season with the Robins, returned to the Traeth for a fifth time in September 2010.
