Formerly with Crewe Alexandra and West Bromwich Albion, a TNS stalwart who played in the 2000 title-winning season. The brother of Welsh Premier midfielder Ricky Evans, he is a Welsh semi-professional international. Voted Welsh Premier player of the season 2004/5. Took the opportunity to rejuvenate his Football League career by joining Wrexham on a two-year deal in June 2006 and won his first full Welsh cap against Lichtenstein, adding six more. Returned to TNS on the last day of the January 2009 transfer window and played a pivotal role in the defence that conceded a league record of just 13 goals in 2009/10 on the way to a league and league cup double. Had his contract terminated in November 2010 but returned in May 2011 after a FAW tribunal ruled in his favour. Loaned to Gap Connah's Quay to regain match fitness in September 2014.
