Norwich City youth product who made one first team appearance and represented Wales at Under-16, Under-21 and 'B' levels. Went to Bristol Rovers and Merthyr before coming into the Welsh Premier with Llanelli. Played for Haverfordwest, Barry Town and once for Carmarthen before leaving to join Bath City after the financial crisis at Jenner Park. Later played for Aylesbury, but rejoined Carmarthen in June 2006 before moving to Haverfordwest in September 2007. After two seasons at the New Bridge Meadow he joined Welsh League Aberaman Athletic in August 2009, but returned to the Bluebirds in January 2010.
