WPL career details for Lee Hunt

Not in Welsh Premier
A consistent goal scorer who joined Bangor City from Helsby during the summer of 2002, switching to Rhyl in December 2003, where he attracted the interest of Football League clubs. Named in the Welsh Premier dream teams of 2005 and 2007, but transferred to Barrow AFC in May 2008 after claiming he was being targeted unfairly by Welsh Premier referees. However, on his release from Barrow at the end of the following season, he made a surprise return to Belle Vue. Left Rhyl on transfer deadline day in February 2010 to rejoin Bangor but, after scoring one of City's goals in the Welsh Cup final win over Port Talbot, moved to Prestatyn Town a few weeks later. Spent a season at Bastion Road but signed for Bala Town on a two-year deal in June 2011. Leading scorer over two seasons for the Lakesiders, he returned to Prestatyn in June 2013 but was loaned back to Bala in November 2014, a move which became permanent.
