Neath FC: Kristian O'Leary

KRISTIAN O'Leary was handed temporary charge of Neath following the dismissal of management duo Terry Boyle and Peter Nicholas in November 2011.
And, after a successful run of six matches without defeat, the appointment was formalised in January 2012.
Port Talbot-born O'Leary, 34, is a highly-experienced midfielder who had experience of playing under managers such as Kenny Jackett, Roberto Martinez and Paulo Sousa during an 15-year career at Swansea City, where he made more than 300 appearances with brief loan spells at Cheltenham Town and Leyton Orient.
He was released from the Liberty Stadium in early 2010 and, after a brief time with Wrexham, became a high-profile signing for Neath alongside Lee Trundle in the summer of 2010.
