CEFN Druids gained a draw away to Connah's Quay and, but for a missed penalty, could have taken all three points.

The Nomads took the lead on the half hour mark when a header from Michael Wilde hit the crossbar and Michael Bakare followed-up to head home from the rebound. In one of their first serious attacks, the Ancients levelled before half-time through James Davies and were handed the chance to take the lead from the penalty spot but former Nomad Ashley Ruane skied over from 12 yards.

Jonathan Taylor also missed with a close range header for the visitors as both sides were forced to settle for a point.
