CHRISTIAN Langos has left Aberystwyth Town after making just one substitute appearance since signing earlier this month.

The Congolese striker, who is a product of the Liverpool FC foundation, tweeted "After a chat with gaffer I unfortunately have to cut my time at Aberystwyth Town short and wish the club well for the future."

The 23-year-old played for Marine before joining current Aber manager Nev Powell at Bangor City in August 2015. After a season and a half with the Citizens, Langos signed for Rhyl in January 2017 and has made a total of 17 (+31) Welsh Premier appearances.
