TWO Huws Gray Alliance managers parted company with their clubs on Tuesday with Gareth Thomas leaving Denbigh Town and Will Ryder departing Conwy Borough.

Thomas joined Denbigh in May 2015 and led the club to third place in the league and, after beating three Welsh Premier clubs, into the Word Cup final, where they were defeated 2-0 by The New Saints. But recent results have been disappointing and the club lies 14th in the Alliance.

Ryder had only been in charge for five games at Y Morfa since being appointed in September to succeed Jason Aldcroft and said: "I have decided to hand in my official notice to the club board, reasons to which they understand and fully accept."

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the short period of

time that I have been in charge of the team.

"It has been a really difficult decision, however, I feel that at this moment in time it is the correct outcome. "This will allow the club to appoint a new manager and time to try to recruit new players that are fully committed to the club moving forward. I wish the club the very best for the future."
