Steve RogersSTEVE 'Jolly' Rogers became the 30th player to make 300 Welsh Premier appearances when he was named in the Prestatyn Town starting line-up against Bangor City at Farrar Road today.
The 33-year-old much-travelled striker has been a consistent goal-scorer since first appearing in the domestic league in season 1998/9.
He failed to score during a short spell with his first club, Caersws, but has gone on to notch 131 goals from his 300 (+55) appearances in the colours of Oswestry Town, Newtown, Total Network Solutions, Cefn Druids, Welshpool Town and his current club,
His most prolific spell with one club was at Welshpool, where he scored 80 goals over six seasons, before joining the Seasiders in 2009, where he has added a further 17 goals.
Former Caersws and Newtown midfielder Colin Reynolds still has the most Welsh Premier appearances with 516.
