LLANDUDNO manager Alun Morgan is the Welsh Premier manager of the month for November, with Rhyl's John Owen awarded the player of the month accolade.

The Seasiders sit second in the table in their first-ever season in the top flight, after winning promotion from the Huws Gray Alliance last term.

During last month, Llandudno won three from four, beating Newtown 3-0 at Latham Park, 1-0 at home to Haverfordwest and by the same scoreline at home to Gap COnnah's Quay.

The only defeat came by the odd goal in seven at home to leaders TNS.

Former Bangor frontman Owen scored four goals as the Lilywhites battle to get out of the drop zone.

He scored to earn a point in a 2-2 home draw with Aberystwyth Town and then grabbed both goals as Rhly fought back for a 2-2 draw at TNS.

Owen also scored in a 1-1 draw with Newtown.
