YOUNGSTER Rhys Healey of Gap Connah's Quay, who only turned 18 last week, is the Welsh Premier player of the month for November, while Carmarthen Town boss Mark Aizlewood is manager of the month.

Since striker Gary O'Toole's exit from the Deeside Stadium, Nomads' academy product Healey has stepped into the breach in style.

He scored the only goal in a 6-1 defeat at Port Talbot before grabbing a first-half hat-trick in a 6-1 trouncing of Llanelli at home.

Healey then scored again in a 2-1 home win over Newtown to take his total for November to five.

After a poor start to the campaign which left them in the relegation zone, Carmarthen started November with a home win over Airbus UK Broughton and a draw with leaders Prestatyn Town.

Their most stunning success was a 3-0 away win at The New Saints before ending the month back at home with a 1-1 draw against Bala Town.
