Cefn Druids

badge The oldest club in Wales, based near Wrexham, an earlier amalgamation of Cefn Albion and Druids United, who joined the League in 1999. The club has had several name sponsors - Flexsys, NEWI and Elements Europe. Relegated from the WPL in 2010, Druids moved to a new stadium, reached the Welsh Cup final and played in the Europa League before returning to the top flight in 2014. Relegated 12 months later but bounced back again in 2016 as Alliance runners-up.
