Welsh Under-21 international who was released by Cardiff City where he was a trainee before signing pro forms in August 2006. Joined Bristol Rovers on loan and played in three league games without scoring and one Johnstone's Paint Trophy game, where he scored a goal against his brother Jermaine's club, Wycombe Wanderers. Went to Torquay United on loan in January 2007. A regular in the Torquay side, he failed to impress the new managerial team of Keith Curle and Colin Lee in March, joining Carmarthen at the end of August 2007. Left in the summer of 2008 and, after an unsuccessful trial with Salisbury City, joined Newport County, but was released after a month at Spytty Park and returned to Carmarthen in September. Later joined ex-Llanelli and Port Talbot manager Nicky Tucker at Clevedon Town.
