Neil Gibson

Midfielder and one-time Wales Under-21 international who played alongside the likes of Danny Gabbidon, Robbie Earnshaw and Layton Maxwell.

Made one Football League appearance for Tranmere Rovers on 21 November 1998, coming on as a late substitute in a 3-1 Championship home defeat against Norwich.

Also had spells with Sheffield Wednesday, Rhyl, Southport, Halesowen and Leigh RMI before returning to Prestatyn in the 2005/6 campaign.

Took over as player manager at Bastion Road for 2007/8, guiding the club to the Cymru Alliance crown and promotion to the Welsh Premier and again, following relegation, in 2017.
