THE New Saints have been installed as hot 1/5 favourites to win the Welsh Premier title for a seventh consecutive season by bookmakers Corbett Sports.

And, despite the stated intention of Bangor City and Connah's Quay to move towards full-time status, it is Bala Town that are quoted as the 8/1 second favourites.

Corbetts reckon Nomads, Newtown and newly-promoted Barry Town United will achieve a top-six finish, while Prestatyn Town and Cefn Druids, both 200/1, are the two clubs to be offered as relegation fodder.

The full market, win only, is:

The New Saints 1/5
Bala Town 8/1
Bangor City 20/1
Connah's Quay Nomads 25/1
Newtown AFC 40/1
Barry Town United 50/1
Llandudno FC 66/1
Cardiff Met 66/1
Aberystwyth Town 100/1
Carmarthen Town 100/1
Prestatyn Town 200/1
Cefn Druids 200/1
