AFTER leaving relegated Airbus UK Broughton at the end of last season, midfielder Glenn Rule has signed for Bala Town.

A product of the youth academy at Chester City where he made some 28 appearances after making his debut as a substitute against Carlisle United in October 2007 as a 17-year old, Rule had a brief spell at Colwyn Bay before joining Stalybridge Celtic for 2010/11.

He moved to Airbus in May 2011 and spent four years with the Wingmakers before being signed by Stockport County in June 2015, but returned to Broughton in the January 2017 transfer window.

The 27-year-old has scored 12 goals from his 99 (+16) Welsh Premier appearances.
