A SECOND-half free-kick from Gary Roberts sealed Bangor City a 3-2 win over Newtown and a place in the Europa League play-off final.

The Citizens forged an early two-goal lead, Dan Nardiello crossing for player-manager Gary Taylor-Fletcher to head home after just four minutes.

And, after Anthony Miley's header had rebounded off an upright, Nardiello netted when he latched-on to a long ball.

But the Robins hit back, Nick Rushton squaring for Luke Boundford to volley past Connor Roberts and Bounford then turning provider for Neil Mitchell to level on 25 minutes.

Roberts produced a great save from a Rushton header but it was City who found the winner when Gary Roberts fired home from a free-kick on 74 minutes.
