ADMISSION to Tuesday night's replayed Nathaniel MG Cup semi-final between Gap Connah's Quay and The New Saints will be free of charge.

The first attempt to play the game last week was abandoned due to fog at the Deeside Stadium with the scores level at 2-2.

"Nomads' owner Gary Dewhurst has made the decision and underwritten the match costs despite football precedent that games abandoned so late on are usually replayed at normal full admission prices," says a statement from the club.

"Interestingly, the four goals scored last week are discounted from the records but the yellow cards issued count."

Cup holders TNS are bidding to extend their winning sequence in all competitions since the start of the season to 20 games.
