THIS season's Nathaniel MG Cup final will be staged in Cardiff, just 12 miles across the capital from the Jenner Park home of Welsh Leaguers Barry Town United, who will meet The New Saints.

Cyncoed Campus, the home of newly-promoted Cardiff Met, has been chosen as the venue for the showpiece, which will be played on Saturday 21 January.

Managed by Gavin Chesterfield, the Dragons reached the final by defeated Welsh Premier Carmarthen Town, while trophy holders TNS won 1-0 away at Gap Connah's Quay last week.

Last season, TNS beat Denbigh Town of the Huws Gray Alliance 2-0 in the final.
