BANGOR City have signed attacking player Anderson Cayola, who impresseed the club's management during a recent tour by the Learning Soccer Academy.

The LSA played clubs including Airbus UK Broughton, Connah's Quay and Liverpool FC and the 20-year old from Barcelona was scouted by the Citizens before playing in last week's pre-season friendly against Skelmersdale United, which City won 3-0.

"Anderson is an exciting prospect and another good signing for the club," says manager Kevin Nicholson. "His addition will further strengthen the squad and we look forward to working with him."

Assistant Manager Gary Taylor-Fletcher added: "He is a player who is unknown to the league and a great addition to the squad. Technically gifted with great vision and speed, we’re really looking forward to seeing him develop as the season goes on."
