THE New Saints boss Craig Harrison says the pressure will be on Apoel Nicosia in the Champions League second qualifying round second leg.

Saints held the Cypriot champions to a goal-less draw in the first leg at Park Hall a week ago.

"If we can get to half-time 0-0 again then the pressure is hugely on them," Harrison says.

"I expect them to come out aggresively and press the game, but we will be sticking to the plan to try and frustrate."

Apoel have Bulgarian international Zhivko Milanov and Belarus cap Renan Bressan in their ranks, while Giorgos Merkis, Pieros Sotiriou and captain Nektarios Alexandrou are all Cypriot internationals.

TNS will face either Rosenborg or IFK Norrkoping in the third qualifying round if they can overcome Apoel.

The match, which kicks-off at 18:00 BST, is being shown live on S4C.
