Ben CollinsBALA Town have signed defender Ben Collins from Huws Gray Alliance outfit Gap Connah's Quay.
The Chester-born left-sided wing-back started his career at Upton AA before joining Ruthin Town in January 2008.
He then moved to Caernarfon Town and also played for Buckley Town in the Alliance before arriving on Deeside where he has impressed in 20 league appearances this season, scoring three goals.
Collins follows former Nomads' team-mate and goalkeeper Terry McCormick to Maes Tegid, while striker Mike Hayes trod the same path before joining Airbus in the summer.
He is expected to be named in manager Colin Caton's squad for Monday's Welsh Premier visit to The Airfield.
