BUCKLEY Town have brought in two new additions to the team at Globe Way.Levi Lloyd (pictured) arrives from Gap Connah's Quay as assistant to recently-appointed manager Gareth Thomas. Lloyd was youth team boss at the Nomads, successfully guiding the Under-19s to a North Wales Coast Cup success. Previously, Lloyd was manager at Gap Queens Park where he guided the now-defunct club to League and NEWFA Cup finals, losing out to Bala Town on both occasions, and to the quarter-finals of the Welsh Cup at Belle Vue. Tony Aldridge joins as commercial manager after a year away from the local scene. A former member of the Cymru Alliance committee, he was at Mynydd Isa with manager Thomas. "I am delighted to have both Levi and Tony join us as we look to strengthen the infrastructure at the club, both have fantastic strengths that will only drive us forward on and off the field of play," says Bucks' chairman Stewart Roberts. |
