LLANDUDNO have signed former Burnley youngster Jamal Crawford, who was released from Turf Moor at the end of last season.

The 19-year-old spent eight years with the Clarets as a youth and scholar.

"He's young, talented and comes with good pedigree having been at Burnley for right years," says Llandudno manager Alan Morgan.

"It's a good signing for the club and the Welsh Premier in general as it shows the calibre of players this league is attracting.

"He's straight into the squad today for our tie against Goytre and we'll see how he does."
