Gary PinchIT'S a case of one in and one out at the Deeside Stadium, with the return of midfielder Gary Pinch and the departure of Danny Forde.
Pinch left Connah's Quay in the summer after scoring three goals from 59 (+7) appearances over four seasons, and played alongside his younger brother Danny.
A former Tranmere Rovers youth who was released from Prenton Park by then manager Brian Little, Pinch then played for Accrington Stanley and Witton Albion before joining the Nomads.
Classy midfielder Forde is taking time out from football to travel in Australia and New Zealand and scored nine goals during his 50 (+5) appearances for the Nomads.
Salford-born Forde joined Barrow after being released by Oldham Athletic and has also played for Mossley and Ashton United.
